Reopening a saved workspace could lose a remote measurement database because initial remote input references were never persisted. Persist those references and recover an older notebook's saved binding only from its current authorized attachment listing; preserve format and OriginalFile identity checks.
Prepare the 1.0 review by fixing dependency audit failures, requiring pinned DataQueryWorker/ZarrViewer/BIOMERO host compatibility checks in CI and release publication, and checking runtime/frontend/lockfile/plugin version consistency. Update the manual, notebook skill and deployment/release guidance to match current retention, template discovery and shallow-result behavior. Prepare Analysis 1.0.0 and independent notebook SDK 0.2.0; the approved release is published only after the final checks pass.
Validation: 319 backend/SDK/HTTP tests passed on Windows (two filesystem tests and the separately tested installed-host case skipped); Linux ran the symlink and installed-host checks. 294 frontend tests, type checking, runtime smoke, wheel verification and clean installation passed. A real local BIOMERO notebook reproduced the lost remote binding, then completed after the fix and preserved its binding across a further reload. Dependency audit reports zero Analysis vulnerabilities. Release readiness still requires the final coordinated deployment image and review of the explicitly documented acceptance limits.
