Description of changes

• Add an environment.yml file to create a Conda environment with Python, pip, and Poetry.
• Update the README with instructions for creating and activating the Conda environment, then installing project dependencies with Poetry.

This gives contributors who use Conda a clear way to set up a development environment. It does not change the package’s runtime behavior or affect users who continue to use pip or Poetry.
