This pull request adds the Carbon Footprint Calculator & Eco Dashboard to the BuildVerse project collection.

The application enables users to estimate their carbon emissions based on daily activities, monitor their environmental impact through an interactive dashboard, and receive personalized sustainability recommendations. It is built as a fully static web application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Chart.js.
