Change

Issue forms already collect a product choice, but issues do not receive a corresponding product label. Add automatic tui and desktop labels when an issue is opened or edited, and add the required product selector to documentation reports.

The workflow reads the latest issue body, updates only these two labels, and preserves unrelated labels. Headless CLI, ACP, and repository tooling are not classified as TUI. Missing or unrecognized product answers leave manual labels unchanged. The two repository labels have been created and read back.

Validation

• PASS: focused form and label-workflow regression tests, including product changes, CRLF input, repeated runs, unrelated labels, stale event bodies, invalid answers, and API failure.
• pnpm verify on 23e908e (macOS arm64, Node 26.4.0, full profile): 13 gates passed; the final sandbox gate failed because the new worktree lacked a workspace dependency link. After pnpm install --offline --frozen-lockfile, pnpm test:sandbox passed all 48 tests. All 14 applicable gates therefore passed across the full run and the focused rerun; the entire full profile was not repeated.
• NOT RUN: live issue-event execution, which requires the workflow on the default branch; Windows/Linux validation.

Publication and contribution checks

• Changes are contributed under the existing applicable licenses; existing notices are preserved.
• No credentials, account data, real user content, internal history, or private review material is included.
• The new workflow was reviewed before regenerating the public source inventory. Regression coverage uses the existing repository-level test suite.
• Templates remain in English. Offline results are not described as live-service acceptance.

Maintainer handoff

No license changes. Publication scope adds one GitHub workflow.
Shared-source port: not needed; repository support automation.
