The document gained required fields, so a Provider and Runtime from different versions now fail with a version mismatch instead of an unknown or missing field.

The Provider-Runtime bootstrap now carries environment_id, session_id and workspace. The daemon binds from it (hosted), from enrollment plus connect --workspace (E2B unmanaged), or from the native installation, and the OAC_RUNTIME_ENVIRONMENT_ID, SESSION_ID, WORKSPACE and CAPABILITY_DIRECTORY variables are deleted from Providers, images and the daemon. runtimebootstrap.PublicWorkspace and RuntimeWorkspace define the paths once. The mcode Node variable is read through one helper. Docs updated in English and Chinese.
