Idle default owned by Go (SQL default dropped by migration 000006); Runtime-Harness protocol errors, Installation and FunctionResultSubmitter-in-Turn in harness.go (dispatch no longer type-asserts); workspace result types and errors moved to localworkspace, directory result uses proto types directly; seccomp profile moved to the Docker provider directory; stale harness-onboarding references fixed.
