The shared node installer flow no longer names a Sandbox Provider. host_docker.py and host_microsandbox.py own each Provider's host checks, Runtime import, node configuration and uninstall cleanup, selected through one HOSTS table in node_install.py. CLI flags, output and node configuration are unchanged. The four lists of packaged installer modules gain the two files.
