Use the approved OpenAgentCore SVG logo across Core Web, documentation and the landing page, including light/dark rendering and favicons. Public Core labels use OpenAgentCore. Static asset authorization follows the SVG paths.
The Parsar example keeps its existing name, logo, favicon, startup message and documentation. No example files change in this PR. The README hero and architecture image already landed in #230; this PR preserves those assets without duplicates. Technical identities, repository URLs and historical provenance stay unchanged.
