All Bosses Dragon Kill Clarification

Affected Rules/Sections: CE1.1.1) The run is considered complete once all specified bosses are killed.

While what counts as killing the dragon is defined if the dragon is the last boss to be killed, if the dragon is not killed last, what counts as the dragon being killed?

I think it was lean towards must complete animation to count dragon as killed even if not last?
