Adds a Launch Meeting action button to telehealth notes that carry a doxy.me meeting link. Clicking it opens the doxy.me sign in page in the right chart pane so the provider can host the visit and manage the waiting room without leaving Canvas.

Adds a "Launch Meeting" action button to telehealth notes that carry a doxy.me meeting link. Clicking it opens the doxy.me sign in page directly in the right pane of the patient chart, so the provider can host the visit and manage the waiting room without leaving Canvas.
The button appears only when the appointment has a doxy.me link, either on the appointment meeting_link field or the provider personal_meeting_room_link. No secrets are required. Providers sign in with their own doxy.me credentials.
