Incremental dropbox scan of aztlan (bin/dropbox_scanner, per load_all.sh): 227 -> 289 blueprints. 62 new treasure_hollow variants (9/13/30mm x openforge/openlock/dragonlock/filament/side, s2w-corner + separate-wall). 124 files uploaded to R2 (62 STL + 62 sprite PNGs). No files removed or content-changed; all 227 existing MD5s preserved. Large line diff is scanner re-serialization, not semantic change.
