GraphRAG for Open-Domain Question Answering

• Built an end-to-end GraphRAG pipeline over SQuAD, covering entity and relationship extraction, knowledge-graph construction, community detection, retrieval, and answer generation
• Constructed a graph with 11,684 entities and 14,340 relationships using Llama, NetworkX, and Louvain community detection
• Implemented and compared SentenceTransformer, FAISS, and hybrid BM25 + dense retrieval, followed by relevance scoring and global-answer reduction
• Evaluated retrieval and generation using Recall@k, MRR, BLEU, BERTScore, and ROUGE, including comparison with a text-only RAG baseline
