check the .git/hooks some pre-defined steps (helps for CI)

for example we can automate these actions before commits:

id: check-yaml
id: end-of-file-fixer
id: trailing-whitespace

either we can use the file in .git/hooks or use the proejcts (see https://githooks.com/)
