The Official Package Collection has no examples for authors to start from.
Add five small welcome Packages: TypeScript and Lua Runtime Scripts, a client addon and UI Transform, a Datascript, a Rust hook with Package Config, and Rust that asks a Runtime Script with a config fallback. Commit the built Script Artifacts and their Build Identities. Keep the Datascript as source and build its Delta locally, as the collection requires and the issue owner confirmed.

Validation: a full
packages buildin disposable Core at7e83dc2emitted and validated the examples with a synthetic Base Snapshot. The addon and UI Transform insertion passed a Lua behavior check; the anchor occurs once in the 1.12.1 ChatFrame source. Independent Standards and adversarial Spec reviews cleared the complete source and artifacts. All 1,870 Module library tests passed with the collection installed. The synthetic Datascript check, artifact firewall and all applicable GitHub checks passed. No real client or live realm was used.Implemented with GPT-6 Astra in the Codex harness through T3 Code.
