Playable worlds require imported content. Local setup still describes a seeded world, and smoke checks choose a fixed Account and fixture setup.

dev up now provisions the Realm advertisement after it claims the Operator and repairs runtime schedules. dev check and import check ask the Module to check imported content on every selected World Shard and Instance Pool. Import clears completion before loading a destination and completes it only after all modes and content checks pass. Required WMO geometry for Deeprun Tram and Deadmines imports before completion. Checks include map 369. The automatic curated class spell pass is removed.

Smoke now takes an Account, Character and password. It checks content before reading the password and runs the pinned Headless Client directly. Server-issued Operator credentials reach importer commands and SQL checks through a temporary owner-only CLI config. The config is removed when import returns.

This PR requires the matching Core reducers provision_realm, begin_world_import, complete_world_import and check_world_content, plus importer support for LYRACORE_SPACETIME_CONFIG_PATH.

Checked with cargo test (788 passed), cargo +1.85 check, command help and safe argument checks. The installed SpacetimeDB CLI accepted the temporary config in an offline parser check. No live Realm or private client data was used.

Model: GPT-6. Harness: Codex.
