The rewrite tracker needs to distinguish passing fixtures from integrated behavior. Record the merged core runner PR, Package review work, and evidence for the nine runner criteria at their exact source revisions.
The Package remains in review while the latest corrections are tested. Downstream tickets stay blocked by integration, and imported-world and attended-client evidence remain required for release.
Verified the execution graph and rendered all 12 tickets into the self-contained HTML report. Published the current report at https://vdtnef61ebss.postplan.dev.
