The report still lists completed source work and earlier review findings as pending.

Record the five merged source PRs and the two closed issues. Keep all 65 remaining issues assessed, with current owners, effort and next actions. Preserve the door benchmarks, imported navigation and client acceptance, and the larger two-part loot recovery design.

Checks: independent review of the final commit, live issue coverage and source evidence; 91 unique assessments; deterministic HTML rendering. The published report matches the committed HTML at https://1u1gh8ximdga.postplan.dev/.

Maintained with GPT-6 Astra in Codex; independent review by GPT-5.6 Sol.

Independent report review found no issues at 054ec4ee3bc0224a93945898b05e416fd929b2ee.

GPT-5.6 Sol verified all 65 open GitHub issue IDs, 91 unique assessments, the exact schema PR merge and review evidence, and the distinct remaining #113/#114 acceptance checks. Parent #103 and epic #39 now describe completed source and remaining acceptance. Rendering is byte-identical to the committed HTML and below the publication size limit.

Independent review found no issues at 6e5abf5a90e1c8548086aae1b7fb395e6cef69dd.

GPT-5.6 Sol checked the final report delta against the previously reviewed snapshot, live GitHub and source evidence. All 65 open issue IDs match; all 91 assessments are unique. The five source PRs have the recorded merged heads and commits. PR #479 has six passing CI jobs and its review thread is resolved.

The #195 next action matches both navigation derivation callers and requires imported navigation regeneration plus derived coverage rebuilding. The #84 entry preserves the remaining incident acceptance, records the two dependent designs, and calls out the proposed Group-id behavior change.

The rendered HTML is byte-identical to the committed file, at 210,602 bytes. Codex also verified that the published report matches that file. CodeRabbit supplied a quota notice for this PR; it is not counted as a content review.
