The delivery report needs to reflect the merged item GUID and loot retry fixes. This update records their review evidence, closes the completed #71 source work, and preserves the original loot and imported-door acceptance. Spell event and door collision PRs now show their owners, combined verification and required human schema review.

The same published report remains at https://1u1gh8ximdga.postplan.dev/. Its next #84 design task includes the receipt cleanup and roll authority problems found by independent review.

Verified all 66 open GitHub issues have one current assessment, all 91 assessments are unique, scores stay within 1 to 5, and rendering is deterministic and below 512 KB. Only report data and generated HTML changed. Published the update successfully with the pinned publisher.

Independent data review is complete at 0320f11.

GPT-5.6 Sol found two stale sentences in the first snapshot: the door review note called an old head current, and the closed GUID issue still said its PR was being revised. Both are fixed. The follow-up review found no remaining issue. All 66 live open issues match the report exactly; merge and closure evidence, current source PR heads, scores and pending human schema approval match GitHub.

Rendering is deterministic, self-contained and below 512 KB. The pinned publisher updated the existing report successfully. Current report CI is running. CodeRabbit selected both data files but reached its hourly quota, so it supplied no content review.
