Independent review by GPT-5.6 Sol in Codex found no standards or Spec issues at c8493f0. All 67 open issue numbers and update timestamps match GitHub, 91 assessments are unique, the completed audits are represented, and rendering is deterministic. All CI checks passed. CodeRabbit skipped the two data files as having no reviewable changes. Its green status is not a content review; the independent assessment check above supplies that review. |
The issue report had stale blockers and no current implementation owners. Reassess all 67 open issues against current source and GitHub comments, order them by importance, gain and effort, and assign the next implementation batch.
Preserve completed work and remaining acceptance checks. Record PR heads, CI results and review blockers, including CodeRabbit rate limits that report a green status without delivering a review. The existing published report is updated at the same URL.
Validated exact coverage of all open issues, unique assessments, score bounds and deterministic self-contained HTML. Rebased onto current main. Monitoring runs during the active session; the tracked report preserves ownership and next actions between sessions.
Changes and coordination by GPT-6 in Codex. Issue audits and implementations use GPT-5.6 Sol and GPT-6 Astra at the effort recorded in the report.
