The issue report needs the merged schema work and current review blockers. This snapshot records the human-approved Loot replay merge, party cleanup, summon-expiry repair, and the remaining Spell, item-stat and Account ownership work. It also preserves actual CodeRabbit review state when a platform status only records a skipped or rate-limited review.

The maintained HTML report is https://1u1gh8ximdga.postplan.dev/. All 69 open issues are assessed; 22 closed issues remain as history. The report distinguishes active-session monitoring from unattended scheduling.

Checked the live issue census, unique assessments and PR URLs, score bounds, exact HTML generation, output size and diff formatting. This branch is rebased onto merged summon fix 3669dfb; CI and current-head review follow publication.
