The issue report had fallen behind completed PRs and active assignments. This update records the merged fixes, remaining acceptance work, exact checked heads and next owners. Evidence links now handle empty URLs and trailing punctuation.

The maintained report is at https://1u1gh8ximdga.postplan.dev. All 89 issues have assessments; 69 remain open at this snapshot. Codex owns the final merge after checks and review findings are complete.

Verified the full open-issue census, unique issue records, generated HTML against JSON, and publication at the existing URL.

Maintained by GPT-6 through Codex in the T3 Code harness.

📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The triage snapshot now reflects updated issue outcomes, ownership, pull request states, checks, and audit history. The renderer now handles empty or whitespace-only URLs without indexing an empty token list.

Changes

Triage and rendering

Layer / File(s) Summary
Issue assessment updates
docs/triage/issues.json
The snapshot updates issue statuses, ownership, timestamps, acceptance requirements, completion evidence, focus areas, and follow-up actions.
Pull request and audit tracking
docs/triage/issues.json
The snapshot records merged pull requests, completion metadata, successful checks, pinning work, follow-up actions, and the latest audit entry.
Empty and normalized URL handling
scripts/render-issue-triage.py
link returns the escaped label for empty or whitespace-only URLs and preserves punctuation stripping, validation, and escaping for non-empty URLs.

Estimated code review effort: 3 (Moderate) | ~20 minutes

Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to 14331

The published triage report may show conflicting completion and next-action information for the bank adapter, potentially misdirecting follow-up ownership. This is a bounded documentation accuracy risk.
