[enhancement] Accept plex servers invite

I would like to accept my plex servers invite on users behalf, I can currently do this with python-plexapi using acceptInvite.

And call it like this to accept users invite

This is missing from the API spec but you're welcome to add this to the spec in a PR and then all SDK's will have it implemented

Thanks for the report, and to @JasonLandbridge for the pointer — the accept-invite endpoint is indeed missing from the spec, which is why none of the generated SDKs have it.

Note that this may already be in flight: #131 ("feat: document accepting Plex invitations") looks like it covers exactly this. If so, once that lands and the SDKs regenerate, this should be closeable.

If the PR doesn't fully cover it (e.g. the enable-sync behavior from python-plexapi's acceptInvite), a PR adding the remaining operations would be welcome. Marking as triaged.
