GitHub does not play a repo-committed mp4 inline, so the README shows a 300px poster that links to the video, with the caption “Watch the 30-second demo”.
docs/media/claude-code-studio-promo.mp4— 9:16, 720×1280, about 28 seconds, ~1.6MBdocs/media/claude-code-studio-poster.jpg— a frame from that video (the chat UI). Other frames are title and feature cards, so this one stays.README.md(docs/media/..., no leading slash) so the image and the click both resolve to files in this repo.docs/mediais excluded from the Docker image, same as the other promo files underpublic/videos. The folder is not Git LFS;public/videos/*.mp4is, and this file is small enough to store as a normal blob.
