Summary by cubic

Replaces the placeholder Personal Tool Console with Toolbox, a catalog of 300+ browser-based utilities that run entirely client-side — no sign-up or uploads.

New Features

  • Adds a tool registry with lazy-loaded components, per-category grouping, search, and a command palette (Ctrl/Cmd+K).
  • Introduces dedicated pages for the catalog, console, and individual tools, with recent-tool tracking.
  • Updates meta tags and replaces the 404 page with one that matches the new design.

Written for commit b369abe. Summary will update on new commits.
