Pilot and partner submission feedback can leave visitors unsure whether to continue. The form's grid display overrides its hidden attribute, leaving a disabled “Sending…” button after success; email-only fallback incorrectly claims receipt even though no submission was sent.
Move feedback outside the form, explicitly hide the completed form, and show a prepared-email link with a clear unsent state for email fallback. Keep entered details and retry available on failure.
Validation: lint, typecheck, 184-page dashboard validation, and 23 commercial tests pass. Browser-tested the actual pilot markup locally with mocked HubSpot responses: successful submission shows confirmation and booking with the form hidden; email fallback preserves editable fields and makes no receipt claim; rejected submission preserves retry. No live CRM submissions were made.
