This branch starts the marketing fix.

The generated dashboard/index.html and scripts/build-dashboard.ts still need the string swap applied (they are updated in the working tree; this PR should not merge until those two files land or CI will fail the new homepage assertions).

After merge / deploy

mcp-observatory.com is built from dashboard/. Ship the HTML rewrite, then send the SDM back to /.
