Adds the new core KryptonTagInput control with themed chip rendering, suggestions, duplicate/max-tag rules, and TagAdding/TagAdded/TagRemoved events. Also adds the KryptonTagInputControl wrapper in Krypton.Toolkit.Utilities, updates the TestForm demos and designer metadata, and expands the unit tests and screenshot coverage for the tag-input feature.
