Adds annotation support for Gaussian Splatting meshes, a reposition dialog for editing splat (any, but important for splat) annotation placements, and several bug fixes discovered along the way.
Splat annotations work via screen-space picking. This is not perfect, but relatively fast to execute.
Repositioning via a PositionGizmo allows to pin-point a perfect location for the annotations.
Orbit Gizmo acts as a helper to guide the camera around the model quickly, which helps with repositioning.
