Add an optional 3D descriptor-space view of search results

• Grid / 3D toggle on the search results toolbar; the grid stays the default
• 3D view: query exemplar at the center, top N results (10/25/50/100/250/1000) hung off it on lines, positioned by their descriptor offset from the query projected onto the set's three principal axes, so similar results cluster and nearer means more similar. Billboards shrink past 100 results
• Chips in the 3D view are cropped to the box alone (no context, the box's own shape), from a second chip store; the grid's chips are unchanged
• The query at the center is cropped to the queried box too
• Fixes the box drawn on the exemplar landing away from the pointer (it was positioned against a container that included the caption)
• Drag orbits, middle drag slides the view, wheel zooms, reset re-centers the query; hover names a result, click selects it, double click opens it; optional slow spin
• Shift drag (or the box tool) selects every result a drawn box touches, shift click adds or removes one; the selection can be marked correct or incorrect, given a type, or deleted together
• Plain canvas rendering, no new dependency
• View choice and count resume with the parked query session
• Needs the VIAME layout_results query service command (VIAME#308, merged). Placing more than 200 results also needs the query service's 200-result cap raised in VIAME
