chore: retire M3-26's interim payee source, wire up the real indexer - #30

kinlock-sdk's indexer (M2-18) is live on Railway, deployed by a teammate while M3-26 was in flight. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_INDEXER_URL in Vercel. Reverted /send and /request to the real listPayees() and deleted lib/payees/*, rather than carrying two parallel payee sources.

kinlock-sdk's indexer (M2-18) is live on Railway (indexer-production-705a.up.railway.app, confirmed healthy and caught up:{"status":"ok","lagLedgers":0}), deployed by a teammate (@yazi) whileM3-26's interim fix (PR #28) was in flight. SetNEXT_PUBLIC_INDEXER_URLin Vercel and switched/send//requestback to the real indexer, retiring the interim workaround.Changes
