docs(app): replace "school or landlord" with "verified payee" - #24

Synced AGENTS.md/docs/PRD.md/docs/ARCHITECTURE_ESSENTIALS.md from Kinlock-Org/.github (scripts/sync-docs.sh, canonical change in .github PR #23), and updated the same wording in the app's own UI copy (messages/en.json): the tagline, hero headline/subtext, lock and sender explainer body text, and the /send intro. "A verified school or landlord" read narrower than the product is; "a verified payee" is already the defined term.

What and why
"A verified school or landlord" was used as a generic stand-in for "whoever the money was locked for" in several places, which reads narrower than the product actually is. Replaced with "a verified payee" (already the defined term in
AGENTS.md's glossary) everywhere it was doing that job, in both the vendored docs and the app's own UI copy.Changes
