Push to prod: Redirect to newer sttm design, if the user has opened the newer design. - #1892

Remember when a user chooses the new design and auto-redirect them there on future visits, via a cookie shared with next.sikhitothemax.org on the parent .sikhitothemax.org domain. - util/design-preference: rememberNewDesign (set the cookie) + maybeRedirectToNewDesign (redirect to next preserving the path, prod host only, with a ?design=old escape hatch). - redirect-check: runs the redirect first, before the rest of the bundle loads. - index.js: import redirect-check as the first import. - Home: "Try it now" sets the preference and opens the new design in the same tab.
