Brings in #14 and prepares the 1.1.1 release: bumps
package.jsonandpackage-lock.jsonto1.1.1, and adds the1.1.1entry toCHANGELOG.md.#14 improves the startup error when a Keeper Secrets Manager fetch fails: it distinguishes "KSM was never configured" from "KSM was configured and failed" and surfaces the underlying error, so an operator running with
KSM_CONFIGset is no longer advised to set it (#11). It merges cleanly with the 1.1.0 changes to the same two files, and the offline end-to-end suite passes on the merged result.Patch version — behavior change is limited to startup diagnostics.
