hallc_replay_ndelta_vcs

This is Hall C Replay for NDelta-VCS2 experiment.

During the experiment, shift takers are supposed to use cdaql1 machine.

The replay is set in /home/cdaq/ndelta_vcs2-2026/hallc_replay_ndelta_vcs .
