Nothing runs
hooks/tests. #117 adds a new hook with tests, and its review found that none of them had executed anywhere.Changes
Hooks Testsworkflow onhooks/**changes: ubuntu-24.04 on 3.9 (the floor the hook scripts claim), ubuntu-latest and macos-latest on 3.12. Stdlib hooks, so the only install is pytest.Verification
