This is a Blockbench plugin designed to make adding sounds to assets in an addon easier. The plugin provides an easy and dedicated interface for working with Minecraft sound assets and helps users create the files and configuration needed for custom sounds.
This pull request adds "Minecraft Sound Wizard" to the Blockbench plugin repository, including the plugin files and its entry in the Blockbench plugin list.
