We should be able to plug in our own code theme. Currently this is only possible on the MarkdownCodeBlock class. Mirroring this property on MarkdownView and binding it to the created instances of MarkdownCodeBlock would allow us to customise the appearance of the code blocks.
Motivation: I tried to change the background color of the code block.
