Closes #134, related to #133.

What

Widens the analyzer constraint in theme_tailor from >=9.0.0 <11.0.0 to >=9.0.0 <13.0.0. One line; no code changes needed. theme_tailor_annotation is untouched (no analyzer dependency).

Why

The current Riverpod codegen toolchain (riverpod_generator 4.0.4 → riverpod_analyzer_utils 1.0.0-dev.10) and dart_style 3.1.8 require analyzer: ^12.0.0, so any workspace using both theme_tailor and Riverpod codegen fails to resolve on stable Flutter 3.44.x / Dart 3.12. Details in #134.

Verification (Dart 3.12.2)

Ran the package checks on both the current floor and the new ceiling — identical results:

dart test	17/17 pass	17/17 pass — the source_gen_test suite runs the generator through build_runner against real analyzer-12 element models

The companion constraints already admit the analyzer-12 pairings (dart_style ^3.1.3 → 3.1.8, source_gen ^4.1.1 → 4.2.4, source_helper ^1.3.9 → 1.3.13), so no other bumps are required.

Includes the version bump to 3.2.0 with a matching CHANGELOG entry, following the format of previous releases.

Added support for disabling formatter for generated files, now codegen will add // dart format off when formatting is set to false and subsequent dart format calls won't change generated output. Adding this flag to build.yaml configuration affects whole project and cannot be changed per file.
