• Modularize transceiver architecture: extract base Transceiver class and separate SX1276 and SX1262 implementations
• Add Semtech SX1262 transceiver support (ring buffer handling, busy_pin, tcxo_voltage, rf_switch, use_dcdc, rx_boost)
• Modernize packet read loop with Packet::head() and Packet::rest()
• Optimize 3of6 decoding: replace lookup map with constexpr std::array
