验证：隔离副本的 Windows 核心 DLL、GUI、CLI、服务构建成功；git diff --check 通过。未发现自动化 Windows 测试，未做真实网络/WinDivert 运行验证。
需复核：DNS 映射按进程生命周期保留，缓存 TTL 未用于过期，可能导致地址复用时误用旧域名；ETW 启动时会额外查询 www.microsoft.com。
