Phase 2: embedded store + context injection #1

Scope (from super-ollama plan)

• Add internal/store: SQLite (modernc.org/sqlite), migrations, chromem-go (or chosen vector index)
• Schema: events, emails, todos, contacts per plan
• store.Search(query, topK) with local embeddings (nomic-embed-text or configurable)
• Wire optional context injection into internal/engine Generate / chat paths
• Implement learn CLI command (re-index events missing embeddings)
• Unit tests with in-memory SQLite
