Porting on esp32-c3 round display

I would like to offer the source code in the future, but it's not possible right now as there is proprietary closed-source code used for interfacing with the CANserver hardware. Always feel free to make suggestions though. As far as round displays go I am planning to add support for the LilyGo T-RGB round displays.
