• [WEB-001] Dashboard asset balances do not refresh after receiving a payment #858: dashboard balances now refresh as soon as a payment arrives. The repo's dashboard state is a custom useWalletBalances hook rather than React Query, so the fix is applied there:
  • subscribeToWalletStream falls back to Horizon's per-account payments stream (/accounts/{id}/payments?cursor=now) when NEXT_PUBLIC_WALLET_STREAM_URL is not configured, and treats Horizon's unnamed message events as a balance change.
  • New invalidateWalletBalances() / walletBalancesInvalidated event that useWalletBalances listens to, for flows that know the balance changed (nothing in the repo calls it yet).

Nothing was installed, built or tested; please verify in CI/review.
