[FEAT] Create reset password page #5

Description

Create the page for reste password. It must call the backend and reset the password for the user. It triggers one email and from there you can access to the password reset.

For the notification service we need the email to redirect to the page

Motivation

Users that forget the password need to be able to recover it

Acceptance Criteria

• The possibility of restoring password expires
• User can restore the password from the email
