Bump aiohttp, urllib3, and idna to fix Dependabot alerts - #20

Resolves 14 open Dependabot alerts (2 high, 8 medium, 4 low), all in transitive dependencies pulled in via aioboto3/aiobotocore and azure-identity: aiohttp 3.13.5 -> 3.14.1, urllib3 2.6.3 -> 2.7.0, idna 3.13 -> 3.18.
