Updated 3-digit sector codes (sector categories) will have numbering in their names

This may be confusing to users - especially, as we are not clear what this formatting is, or how it is used

I agree that the new codelist prefixes are unexplained and potentially confusing. I'd suggest removing them as part of the next update, unless there's a strong reason not to.

Just to flag, there is also a typo in the Sector Category 111 name: “I.1.a. Education, level nnspecified” should read “I.1.a. Education, level unspecified”.
