Bump graphql-buddy to 0.1.7, which parses and validates descriptions on operations, variables, and fragments (GraphQL September 2025).

graphql_document_libraryrejected descriptions on operations, variables, and fragments (September 2025 spec) withUnexpected description, descriptions are supported only on type definitions.Describeddocument library with a described query,Boolean!variable, and fragment, included indocument_library_test.build. It fails to build on 0.1.4.bazel test //...passes ine2e/bzlmodand at the root, excluding//tools:preset.update_test, which CI also skips.format.checkpasses. The bundle goldens are unchanged.
