What changed

Huldoser/.github now holds the code of conduct and FUNDING.yml that GitHub shows in every repository without its
own. This repository's copies said nothing more: the same Sponsors link, and the same Contributor Covenant 3.0 with
reports by email instead of the private reporting form the shared one names. Nothing linked to either file, and
neither is in the npm package.

Checklist

  • Tests cover the change, and npm run coverage reports 100%.
  • The docs describe the change: the guide or reference pages, the README, or the TSDoc of exported functions.
  • No docs change is needed.
  • A changeset describes the change for users (npm run changeset), or the change does not affect them.
