Summary
This PR cleans up several UI areas across the site, reducing unnecessary boxed layouts and improving hierarchy, spacing, and navigation consistency.
It also adds the small-corpus resource view, so corpus pages with only a few language pairs show the available downloads directly instead of relying on the graph/picker flow.
