Simplify sidebar navigation structure for single-page sections - #81

Translations, Commentaries, and Datasets were each a sidebar group containing a page with the same title. The group now links to the page directly, keeping the Standard and Simplified formats nested under Translations. Summary
Refactored the VuePress sidebar configuration to simplify navigation for sections that contain only a single main page. Instead of using collapsible groups with a single child link, these sections now use direct links.
